GutterSnap (“we,” “us”) provides online gutter-guard quoting and installation for Chicagoland homeowners. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

  • Your property address, so we can pull an aerial view and measure your roofline.
  • Your name, mobile number, and email when you request a quote.
  • Photos you choose to upload of your home and gutters.
  • Basic technical data (device type, approximate location from your address) to run the service.

How we use it

  • To prepare and deliver your quote and, if you proceed, to schedule and complete your installation.
  • To contact you about the quote you requested, by text, email, or phone.
  • To improve our measurements and service quality.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box and give us your mobile number, we send you texts about the quote you requested: your inspection link, your finished price, scheduling, and occasional follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information, including your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone calls and call recording

When you call us (or ask us to call you), your call is answered by an automated AI assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can prepare your quote, keep accurate records, and improve service quality. By continuing the call you consent to recording. If you prefer not to be recorded, just say so at the start of the call, or reach us by email instead.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run GutterSnap (for example, our messaging, hosting, mapping, and payment vendors), and only as needed to deliver the service to you. We may disclose information if required by law. We never sell your data.

Your choices

  • Reply STOP to any text to stop messages.
  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails to stop reminder emails.
  • Email or call us to access, correct, or delete your information.
  • Ask us not to contact you, and we will honor it.
