Three things to check
- Gutter footage. Measure the runs receiving guards. Floor area and roof area are not the same as gutter length.
- Height and roofline. A straightforward single-story run differs from a taller home with multiple corners and roof sections. Photos help us confirm the scope.
- Existing condition. Tell us about sagging gutters, leaks, old guards or difficult access. Any separate repair or preparation work should be identified in the written scope before you agree.
Compare the written scope.
Check the measured footage, product, preparation, removal, downspout work, exclusions and warranty terms. Manufacturer parts coverage and installation workmanship are separate. A price for guards should not be compared with a price for replacing the gutters underneath them.
